AC-IN TO 5V AND DIGITAL CLOCK

This circuit is a circuit designed to take 240Vac and transform it to 5V DC and a stable clock signal for digital circuits. I am making a high precision Seven Segment Clock and this will be the clock of it providing 50Hz Clock.
