Brief Presentation of 555 Family of Timers

The 555 Timer revolutionised the industry, as a PLL chip, as a wave generator even as a Joystick controller (in the form of 558). It would be quite obvious from the posts from my site that I indeed treasure the 555 chip. Furthermore, as an class assignment, we were requested to make apresentation about anything so I figured this would make an interesting topic.
